We provide comprehensive services in the field of making import and export customs clearance. We represent clients trading goods with third countries (outside the EU) before customs authorities.

We offer professional and comprehensive service in accordance with the received authorization and concluded contracts.

In our Customs Agencies in Chorzów, Gliwice, Pyrzowice, Wałbrzych and Olszyna, we carry out a full range of customs procedures, including simplified procedures at an approved place at the client's premises. In addition, we run a customs warehouse in Chorzów and a customs warehouse in Świętochłowice.

Documents necessary for customs clearance:

Authorization for the Customs Agency (template to be downloaded below), signed by the person/s legally representing the company together with proof of payment of stamp duty.

A copy of the registration document and copies of other documents sent must be certified as being in conformity with the original at least by persons legally representing the company.

opening the TIR Carnet;
providing transit guarantees at NCTS;
customs advice and submission of applications subject to consideration by the customs authorities
preparation and dispatch to the competent customs and tax authorities of INTRASTAT declarations;

The number of entry in the National Court Register (KRS)/ CEIDG or a copy of the registration document.
Documents required in a customs procedure as agreed with the customs agency making the customs declaration.
