Reporting transports to the SENT system

We offer full support in reporting shipments to the SENT system. Our customs agency in Olszyna provides comprehensive services in the field of Registration of International Road Transport (RMPD). We support both Polish and foreign hauliers, ensuring timely and error-free declarations to the SENT system.

SENT reportings are mandatory.

As of 1 November 2024, non-EU hauliers, and as of 1 January 2025 also EU hauliers, are obliged to report transports performed on the territory of Poland in the SENT system. This obligation covers both international and cabotage transports, if they take place within the framework of international road transport regulations. The aim of the new regulations is to increase control over the transport of goods and to protect the Polish transport market against unfair competition. High financial penalties, up to PLN 12,000, are foreseen for failure to declare transport.

In order to make a SENT declaration, a carrier should:

  • register the transport on the PUESC platform, providing details of the cargo, shipper, consignee and carrier data,
  • obtain a SENT reference number, which the driver must have when carrying out the transport,
  • monitor the route of the transport in real time, which is done with the help of location devices (OBU) or mobile applications that allow the tracking of the vehicle

Delta Trans Customs Agency offers:

  • speed and reliability - we minimise the risk of delays in declarations, thus avoiding financial penalties,
  • support for foreign hauliers - we help EU and non-EU companies meet their SENT registration obligations,
  • comprehensive service - we take care of all the formalities from A to Z, allowing you to focus on transport execution.
